Q: Why do you have FREE promotional items? How can I trust this?
A: At Millenniways, we periodically run limited promotions in which we give away FREE items (we only ask that you pay for shipping). We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy having luxurious fashion items and accessories without putting a hole in their pocket. This is also a marketing investment that allows us to build a strong, long-term relationship with our customers.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We proudly accept Paypal, along with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit/debit cards.

Q: Is it safe to shop on your website?
A: Yes. We understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. All payments are processed by Stripe Shopify Payments which uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL technology enables encryption of sensitive information including passwords and credit card numbers during your online transactions. 

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Unless faster shipping is noted on the product page, it will take 12-29 days for your items to arrive since most of our items are warehoused in Asia. 

Q: Do you deliver outside of the United States?
A: Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to all countries.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Within 3 days of your order being processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking information for your order. 

Q: Do you accept refunds or returns?
A: All sales on free promo items are final. All other purchased retail items may be returned by the buyer within 14 days from delivery. All items must be returned in their delivered state, along with all of its parts and tags.

Q: I have received a damaged item. What should I do? 
A: If you have received a damaged item, please contact our support team at and we would be glad to help you out. Please be prepared to provide photos of the damaged items, along with a receipt showing the date of the purchase. 

Q: I did not receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
If you have not received an order confirmation email, please let us know immediately via email  at with your full name and shipping address and we will sort this out quickly. There are times when emails may end up in a spam/junk folder, so please be sure to check these folders as well before contacting us.
