We currently have warehouse/shipping facilities in Australia, Canada, United States & China. We try our best to ship from the warehouse closest to you. In the event we are unable to do so due to limited stock we ship from our main warehouse in China.
Note that your products will be, at times, shipped separately. This is more relevant to those ordering multiple products. The main reasoning behind this is that we source our products from different suppliers.
For our Australian, UK & US clients we offer an estimated delivery time of 12-20 days. Although we generally beat these estimates, certain things like delays at customs or processing time can effect delivery time.
For all other countries delivery times can are estimated at 20-40 days. We generally beat these estimates although circumstances such as delays at customs or processing times can cause longer than expected shipping times which is why we factor in slightly longer periods for "Rest of the World" clients.
These estimates can change depending on your location, what items you purchase, and any other unforeseen factors. We are working with our partners to reduce this time significantly in the future. As noted previously, we source our products from multiple suppliers around the globe. That being said, when ordering multiple items there is the odd chance your products will be shipped to you from different suppliers thus different shipping schedules.

Due to the global nature of our business we are not responsible for any customs fees once items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages sent to you may require customs fees when they arrive to your country.
Your order is shipped once our warehouse has packaged it and sent it to the courier. You will then receive an email with your tracking number. Some delivery services then require up to 7 business days for your tracking number to resolve.
Should it not resolve by then, please contact us via email with your order number and we will investigate this issue
ATTENTION: We do not offer refunds due to sizing on the tag being different than the size you ordered. Some of our products are in Asia sizing, therefore on occasion, the label on the garment may state a bigger size than you ordered. We can not issue refunds if you order the incorrect size.
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since you've received your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing unless it is a mistake on our end. You are responsible for selecting the correct size. Size charts are available for each product with the exception of one size fits all items. In the event you do receive the incorrect size you are required to send us a photo of the label and we will match it with your order.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Some banks/credit card companies require up to 10 days to process refunds but majority of the time you should receive your funds in a shorter time period.
Please contact your payment provider of choice to verify the refund if we have already sent you a refund notice but you are yet to receive the funds.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
We do not accept returns for items marked as a gift by the buyer. You are required to have the buyer initiate contact with us. To simplify this, we are referring to an instance where Person A buys Person B an item as a gift. It is Person A's responsibility to initiate the refund and the money will be returned to them.
To return your product, you must email us at email@example.com to arrange for shipping. Depending on your location we offer a return depot in China and Canada. Although, it is up to our discretion to choose which return depot your item is mailed to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We accept most, if not all, major credit cards, Apple Pay & PayPal. Should you want to use another method of payment such as Bitcoin, Amazon, or another payment outlet, please contact us and we make arrangements for those payment types to occur
Our payment processors have strict requirements which mean that your billing address needs to match the issuers billing address.
When shipping to a different location than your billing address, ensure your billing address matches what is registered to the card. If you are still having payment issues we suggest you contact your payment provider individually to seek further advice on the matter.
We reserve the right to verify your payment if we feel that it may be categorized as high risk.
High risk payments can be those with different billing addresses from that associated to the card, a card used outside of its country of origin, a card used outside of its country of origin with a destination outside its country of origin, and other related scenarios.
When your payment may be categorized as high risk, we may require some identification to verify the payment.
All of our products are listed in USD and transactions are finalized in USD.
We offer a currency converter tool to estimate how much your charge could be. Once the transaction is finalized by your bank you can/may be charged a slightly different rate by your bank. You will see the settlement amount is the same as the USD amount but the currency conversion rate may be different.
1 Shirt costs $10 USD. Our currency conversion tool shows that it costs $12.50 CAD but the final charge made by your bank might be $13. This $0.50 cent difference is what the bank may charge you as a commission for doing the currency conversion.
Unfortunately, we have no control over this as we settle all of our final payments in USD.
